Return Policy – GODY26 LTD

1. No Returns or Refunds Due to the nature of our prize competitions, GODY26 LTD does not offer any returns or refunds. Once your entry is submitted and payment is completed, the transaction is final and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or reversed under any circumstances.

2. Faulty Items If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our support team at contact@chronos8.com. We will evaluate the issue and may offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

3. Incorrect Deliveries If you receive the wrong item, or your delivery is incomplete, please notify us at contact@chronos8.com. We will investigate and propose a solution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

4. Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs, including those related to repairs or replacements, are not covered by GODY26 LTD. It is the customer’s responsibility to package and insure the item properly for return shipping.

5. Refund Processing If a refund is granted, it will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval and credited to the original payment method.
